Corporate Lawyer

Our client, a renowned law firm in Luxembourg, is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their growing team. If you have a strong background in corporate law and want to work in a dynamic, international environment, this opportunity is for you!

Your Responsibilities:

Advising local and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate legal documents and agreements

Assisting with mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance

Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg corporate regulations

Representing clients in corporate transactions and liaising with notaries and public authorities

Your Profile:

University degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred)

⚖️ 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate law within a Luxembourg law firm

️ Fluency in English and French (German is a strong asset)

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
