 Leaf & Product Development Administrator (m/f/d)

Fixed Term Contract - 1 year

The Leaf & Product Development Administrator is responsible for smooth, timely and efficient execution of all administrative activities related to Raw Tobacco Purchasing, Planning, Reporting, and Product Specification maintenance.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrate and track purchase, delivery, storage and supply to HvL Group entities of raw tobacco in direct communication with Leaf Purchasing and Product Development Managers, external Leaf suppliers, stock keepers and factories to ensure continuity and security of raw tobacco supply to Production within the HvL supply chain from Leaf supplier offer to consumption.
  • Ensure thorough and complete purchase and inventory records to provide accurate accounting of all purchased goods and services. Create and review respective purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Track and report all raw tobacco movements in Landewyck Group. Monitor and support reporting of raw tobacco stocks against budget and in line with business requirements to ensure security of Leaf supply at optimum cost and profitability. Monitor, track and ensure adherence to department KPIs.
  • Conduct all administrative activities related to raw tobacco stock management and reporting to help ensure Production in line with business requirements.
  • Support Product recipe and specification maintenance for all cigarettes, fine cut and next generation Products in the Group.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Documented proficiency in either Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or similar; basic understanding of the Tobacco Industry and/or Supply Chain is a valuable asset
  • Strong skills in Excel are considered for this position. Knowledge in SAP is needed and MS Power BI skills are an asset
  •  Languages: English is mandatory. Good oral and written German skills; French or any other language is a valuable asset
