We are a 100% independent, family-owned Luxembourgish company with over 175 years’ experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry (tobacco products, smoking accessories, vaping, CBD and other nicotine products such as nicotine pouches). HR Administrator – German Speaking (m/f/d)

Erpeldange – sur -sûre

 

The HR Administrator provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality across all employee-related processes. This role contributes to a smooth employee experience by managing HR documentation, supporting recruitment and training activities, and maintaining up‑to‑date HR systems.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and distribute incoming HR-related postal mail
  • Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and various HR documents
  • Maintain digital and paper employee files through accurate scanning and filing
  • Coordinate recruitment interviews, including scheduling invitations, and room bookings
  • Organize and support training sessions and related logistics
  • Send rejection responses to candidates in a timely and professional manner
  • Adjust time balances in the time management system (DSK) when required
  • Update HR systems with accurate and current employee data

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar support function is an asset
  • Familiarity with HR processes, employee lifecycle administration, and HR documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and MS Office tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment and provide reliable support to HR Business Partners
