Join The Retail Banking Department of ING Luxembourg as a Personal Banker
The Personal Banker,
- Is the main point of contact for our resident/border resident clients between EUR 50,000 and EUR 1,000,000, In this context, he is representing the bank and needs to be an ambassador of our values
- Is responsible for developing, reinforcing and maintaining global relationships with its portfolio of clients
- Offers customers optimal service, while complying with the laws, rules and regulations in force (KYC, MIFID, etc.).
- To close successful dealings, the Personal Banker uses 360 approach and the range of banking services at his disposal.
- Is also a reference for investment matters for all clients in collaboration with Portfolio Management.
- Works in collaboration with Private Banker and our Wealth Planning Analyst to ensure that his clients benefit from a patrimonial approach. He also ensures that clients with “Wealth” or “Corporate” potential are detected and introduced to the appropriate teams.
- Represents the bank at events organized by ING or other institutions in order to develop privileged relationships, acquire new clients and develop a network of business introducers.
- Participate in different projects to ensure the consistency and continuity of the profession and face the challenges of a changing environment.
Your profile :
- Good knowledge of financial matters
- Notions in patrimonial matters
- Basic knowledge of civil law
- Good knowledge of all the bank's products (loans, deposits, payments, investments, life insurance...) for the individual segment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial sense
- Good analytical, organizational and synthesis skills
- Autonomy and pro-activity
- The ability to work in a team.
Experience :
University degree with an economic, commercial or financial orientation and/or a minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience in the banking environment as a financial advisor
- An ability to develop and maintain a network of business providers;
- An internationally oriented vision;
- In-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg market
Languages :
- Knowledge of French and English is required;
- Knowledge of other languages is considered an asset.
