Risk Management Intern - Private Banking
As part of its internal internship program, ING Luxembourg is looking for an intern for its Private Banking department. This internship is for a minimum of 6 months, starting in January 2025.
Detailed description of the tasks that will be entrusted to the student-trainee:
- Participate in the production of ING Private Banking risk reports and dashboards.
- Participate in the production of reports on the performance of the various ING Private Banking products.
- Improve and optimize the existing reporting system through simplification proposals.
- Participate in various projects to develop new tools and reports to provide better coverage of ING Private Banking's risks.
Knowledge or skills developed by the intern :
- Develop knowledge in numerous fields such as financial risk, economics, financial markets, regulations, statistics and IT tools.
-Develop the following skills in particular: analytical skills, initiative, responsiveness, teamwork as well as autonomy, and communication with internal customers.
Your profile:
Knowledge and experience :
Education at Bac +4/+5 level with an economic, financial or commercial orientation.
A first experience in banking will be considered as an asset
Initial knowledge of financial products and risk indicators
Skills :
Good communication, presentation and discretion skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Very comfortable with Excel, especially VBA, Python
Languages :
Oral and written knowledge of French and English essential. Fluency in any other language will be considered an asset.
