We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, automate, and enhance our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure in collaboration with our hosting partner. You will be responsible for managing infrastructure-as-code, automation tooling, and modern DevOps practices to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop automated workflows for testing, integration testing, security scanning, and artifact management.
- Integrate developer tools (e.g., Git platforms, Jenkins, Nexus).
- Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Implement automated environment provisioning.
- Build and manage containerized application environments using Docker and OpenShift.
- Define templates, images, and developer-friendly container workflows.
- Implement and maintain automated security checks (SAST, DAST, dependency and container scanning).
- Ensure secure-by-design principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Integrate performance and load-testing automation within the CI/CD pipeline.
- Support development teams with self-service tools whenever possible.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to foster DevOps best practices.
- Contribute to internal guidelines on automation and delivery standards.
- Solid experience with CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Nexus).
- Strong background in containerization and cloud-native technologie.
- Good understanding of cloud environments.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and security automation.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift orchestration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions in a multiculturaliste environment.
- Proactive customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellentes communications and documentation abilities.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
