The Billing Coordinator plays a key role in managing billing processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely execution. This position combines responsabilité in coordination, operational oversight, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels within the billing team and an efficient allocation of portfolios.
- Provide direct reporting to the Finance Manager.
- Collaborate with international teams on project implementation, systems, and updates.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders (experts, finance teams, assistants), providing clear instructions.
- Organize regular meetings to monitor portfolio progress, training needs, and other relevant topics.
- Train and support team members to foster professional development and continuous performance improvement.
- Oversee time entry and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Actively participate in billing tasks and manage a dedicated portfolio to maintain operational expertise.
- Ensure all invoices comply with client-specific guidelines, including e-billing requirements.
- Maintain accurate billing records for audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead or contribute to billing-related projects, such as implementing new tools, automating processes, and producing client-specific reports.
- Proven experience in team management or coordination.
- Proficiency with financial software and automated systems.
- Excellent command of Excel (mandatory).
- Experience in professional or legal services is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: team-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders with diplomacy.
