Solution Designer (m/f)
Vos missions
- Design end-to-end BSS/OSS integration solutions in line with architecture standards, security policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Provide effort estimates for development and implementation of the solutions
- Configure, maintain, and manage BSS/OSS applications, ensuring stability through release management processes
- Develop tools and scripts to automate processes or extend platform functionality
- Coordinate transversal changes and supervise tasks assigned to other teams
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support development, testing, and production teams
- Analyze complex issues, propose effective solutions, and assist with production deployments
Votre profil
- Have a Master degree or else have acquired during your career equivalent and duly recognized knowledge in the field
- Have a strong expertise in BSS/OSS architectures and cross-functional components (billing, ordering, charging…)
- Have experience in application development processes
- Have proven interpersonal skills for close collaboration with other teams inside the company, customers and vendors
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be fluent in English. French and Luxembourgish would be considered as assets
