POSTE
Position Overview:
Our client, operating in the aerospace sector, is seeking a talented Senior Linux System Administrator to strengthen their IT Infrastructure department. This role focuses on activities related to the production, archiving, and dissemination of critical data.
Key Responsibilities:
Server and Equipment Management: Oversee the installation, management, and maintenance of virtual and physical servers, workstations, and general IT equipment.
Service Maintenance: Manage and maintain services in both Linux and Windows environments.
User Management: Handle user management tasks, ensuring seamless operation and access within the system.
PROFIL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Proven proficiency in a Linux environment
- Proven proficiency in Linux administration
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure and network virtualization, particularly VMware
- Solid understanding of Active Directory
- Strong networking skills (CISCO and DELL)
- Proficiency with infrastructure backup tools (e.g., VEEAM)
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (Nagios, Observium, SolarWinds)
- Knowledge of firewall management (preferably Checkpoint)
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
- Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure
- Knowledge of security principles
- Experience in administering Kubernetes clusters
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid EU work permit
- Knowledge of French is a plus
