Join our Order Fulfilment department; responsible for forecast analysis, planning, purchasing and control of inventory value on a European level!

Your tasks will include:Â
- Support the team in daily tasks and projects
- Follow up and give priorities schedule to suppliers
- Answer requests from Mother Company
- Support in the Promising and Production Processes
- Control and coordinate the Phase out / In (Product evolution)
- Support in ensuring outstanding customer service to the clients (internal & external)
- Providing daily reports to provide proactive information to the clients
Your Profile:Â
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
- Analytical mind and very structured work approach
- Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing priorities
- Hands on, fast learner and able to learn ‘on the job’
- Self-motivated and independent personality, able to work independently as well as in teams
- Good time management, planning and organizing skills
- Multi-national / –cultural, open minded, customer-centric and strong business orientation
- Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are considered as an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intercultural competence
- Good knowledge of MS Office

Practicalities:
Start date:Â
Preferably December but can be adapted to the student’s need
Duration:
Flexible – between 4 to 6 months
Working hours:
Flexible – part-time solutions also possible depending on student needs and situation with team and supervisor
Thesis:
Do you need to write a thesis? If any of the tasks and responsibilities will suite your thesis requirements, we can gladly include this.Â
Compensation:
Some financial compensation and benefits is offered during this period. To be discussed at interview stage.Â
