manufacturing, and distribution of powered access equipment and fall protection systems for

working at height. The successful candidate will operate in a niche market and receive training

in international sales processes, logistics management, and a highly technical product

portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:


As an Internal Sales, your main responsibilities will include:


  • Managing customer orders from processing through to completion
  • Coordinating shipping and logistics operations within the EU and internationally
  • Communicating with customers regarding order status, lead times, and deliveries
  • Working closely with the Sales, Production, and Purchasing teams
  • Handling customer claims, returns, and after-sales service in coordination with relevant departments
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and international trade regulations
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and logistics processes


These responsibilities are not exhaustive and may evolve according to the company’s growth

and the candidate’s potential.


Your Profile :


  • Fluent in French, English, and German
  • Any additional language will be considered an asset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (knowledge of Odoo is an advantage)
  • Comfortable working in administrative and technical environments


You hold a higher education degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a

related field, and ideally have initial successful experience in a similar role such as Sales

Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Commercial Support.
