Eltrona, the historic Luxembourgish cable TV provider, is, after a full takeover by the Belgian cable Co Telenet, a wholly owned Liberty Global subsidiary, on a turnaround journey.

Eltrona, operates a hybrid fibre – coax network that can provide more than 80 % of the Luxembourgish households and enterprises with very high-speed broadband.

It is the company’s mission to evolve to the reference alternative Internet provider, doubling market share in mid-term, and transforming to become a highly performant telecom operation.


In this context we are looking for a driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales agents and sales operations, with the focus on sales in our shops and in and outbound telesales.


Your key responsibilities

You will be a key member of Eltrona's B2C department, heading the sales team and steering day-to-day sales operations, processes, commercial performance and shopper experience.


Your key responsibilities include:

Ensure the day-to-day management of the Sales team

  • Steer people, operations and processes to ensure optimal performance
  • Coach and grow the sales teams (shop and telesales)
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day sales operations (agent planning, allocations)
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day shop operations (logistics, shop organisation)
  • Work together with other departments on launches and promotions
  • Improve commercial journeys and associated customer experience
  • Seek constant process enhancement opportunities


Grow and maintain results for the sales teams

  • Assume responsibility for the commercial performance
  • Develop sales productivity and conversion
  • Manage tracking of operational KPIs
  • Develop impacting commercial scripts and working methods
  • Follow-up and steers individual sales agents’ performance
  • Organizes day-to-day sales teams to achieve best results


Your main competencies

You are a driven and enthusiast Commercial professional, thriving in a high-paced environment where ownership and collaboration are essential values, and have an outspoken drive to achieve results.


Your main competencies include:

  • Postgraduate studies in economics or business administration
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial role in a high paced industry
  • Experience in the telecoms or services industry is an asset
  • Strong achiever with outspoken sales reflexes
  • High-energy person with the capacity to lead and motivate sales teams
  • Highly developed drive for achieving results and performance
  • Ability to unite, create meaning, and gain team buy-in on cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-starter
  • Stress-resistant and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, any other language is an asset
