Consultant (m/f) – Compliance Advisory Services

Shape Your Future with Purpose, as part of our growing Compliance Advisory practice, we are currently seeking a Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience and strong motivation to develop within a broad compliance scope.

Your mission 

As Consultant, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues and contribute to various client assignments, including : 

• Supporting the design and review of procedures and compliance frameworks: policies, codes of conduct, compliance monitoring plans, etc.
• Participating in compliance gap analyses and risk assessments.
• Assisting with regulatory filings, reporting and audit preparations.
• Contributing to regulatory watch, client alerts and knowledge materials.
• Participating in client meetings and helping prepare tailored deliverables.
• Assisting with compliance licensing processes and internal control set-ups.
• Supporting business development activities and proposals over time.

Your profile 

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Law, Business, Finance or Compliance.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, External and / or Internal Audit, Risk management—ideally within a PSF, Insurance company, Bank, or Consulting firm in Luxembourg.
• Experience in an audit firm (Big4 or equivalent) is considered as a strong asset.
• Good understanding of Luxembourg Regulatory Obligations (e.g., CSSF, CAA, AED).
• Interest in broader compliance topics: Governance, Conflicts of Interest, Outsourcing, MiFID, ESG, GDPR etc.
• Proactive, curious and keen to develop multi-sector knowledge.
• Strong analytical, communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of the Insurance sector is considered as a strong asset.
• Fluent in English and French.
