As part of the development of its activities, EASE is looking for new talents to complement its Optim’EASE team. Optim’EASE is a new company active in Operational excellence and is currently looking for :

Analyst

Your next challenges:

• Participate in process reengineering and operations reviews, restructuring of operations
• Analyse financial and operational key figures to assess current performance and understand client’s organisation
• Translate organisational and operational efficiency assessments into implementable business requirements and perform gap analyses based upon the requirements in order to define "To Be" organisation and “To Be” processes/solutions
• Create and implement Dashboards and KPIs to measure improvements and ensure payback to our clients
• Manage and/or support implementation projects by identifying, designing and implementing creative business solutions. Then develop cohesive conclusions and participate in the status report writing and presentation

Your skills:

• Hold a master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
• Have up to 1 year of experience in project management: strategy projects, re-organisation projects, efficiency improvement projects.
• Show excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic/hands-on mind-set
• Have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
• Be a self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise
• Fluency in French and English (read, written and spoken) is MANDATORY (German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset)
