We are now seeking to recruit a Project Manager for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). Our CTU team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams in order to deliver changes in business processes and technology solutions.
As part of this team, you will be the main link between the business teams and the IT teams.
Your next challenge
- With the business and other key stakeholder, develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitor and report on progress.
- Work hand in hand with the business team and collaborate with business team members to measure project progress, resolve issues and deliver on time.
- Collaborate with the IT Operations and Digital Factory divisions to ensure successful project delivery on technology building projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and completion of project tasks.
- Manage change requests.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar (or equivalent professional experience)
- Hold 2-4 years relevant project management experience
- Fluent in English. Any other languages are considered as an asset
- Knowledge of the Fund Industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with various technical teams
- Pragmatic and solution oriented
- At ease with MS Office tools
- Project management certifications will be considered an asset.
