Job description
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the picking department.
Main responsibilities
Manage the team in the picking department (recruitment, induction, training, appraisal interviews, skills development, planning management,...),
Manage and participate in innovative projects for the department and the company (digitalisation,...),
Developing the department by promoting continuous improvement in quality and updating of documentation,
Organising and running the day-to-day activities of the department.
Profile required
Experienced manager,
Project management skills,
Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities,
Writing skills,
Computer skills,
Dynamic and proactive,
Fluent in French; German, Luxembourgish and English are an asset,
Driving licence required.
