Statistical Project Manager

Job description

As a Statistical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of analytical projects and the quality and conformity of the data used for analysis and decision-making.

Main responsibilities

• Coordination of analytical projects: Supervising the parties involved and guaranteeing the smooth running of statistical projects, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met,

• Data analysis: Selecting and applying the statistical methods best suited to the issues to be resolved,

• Data management: Ensuring the quality, security and structure of the data used for analysis,

• Decision analysis: Transforming the results of statistical analyses into concrete recommendations to guide strategic decisions,

• Compliance: Ensuring that projects comply with current ethical, regulatory and methodological standards.

Profile required

• Degree in statistics, applied mathematics, data science or similar field,

• Previous experience in statistical project management or data analysis (ideally in the health or medical analysis sector),

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team,

• Technical skills: Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Métabase software, database management and programming skills (VBA, PHP, HTML, SQL), work planning, priority management and meeting deadlines,

• Interpersonal skills: Ability to understand the needs of the various stakeholders and to work cross-functionally, rigour, precision and organisational skills, ability to summarise and explain complex data in simple terms, teaching and communication skills, discretion and respect for confidential information,

• Languages: Fluency in English is an advantage.
