Job description
As a Statistical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of analytical projects and the quality and conformity of the data used for analysis and decision-making.
Main responsibilities
Coordination of analytical projects: Supervising the parties involved and guaranteeing the smooth running of statistical projects, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met,
Data analysis: Selecting and applying the statistical methods best suited to the issues to be resolved,
Data management: Ensuring the quality, security and structure of the data used for analysis,
Decision analysis: Transforming the results of statistical analyses into concrete recommendations to guide strategic decisions,
Compliance: Ensuring that projects comply with current ethical, regulatory and methodological standards.
Profile required
Degree in statistics, applied mathematics, data science or similar field,
Previous experience in statistical project management or data analysis (ideally in the health or medical analysis sector),
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team,
Technical skills: Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Métabase software, database management and programming skills (VBA, PHP, HTML, SQL), work planning, priority management and meeting deadlines,
Interpersonal skills: Ability to understand the needs of the various stakeholders and to work cross-functionally, rigour, precision and organisational skills, ability to summarise and explain complex data in simple terms, teaching and communication skills, discretion and respect for confidential information,
Languages: Fluency in English is an advantage.
