In order to strengthen our IT team, we are currently looking for an:
IT system expert
As an IT System Expert, you will be part of the IT Infrastructure team and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and to drive continuous improvement in our systems and processes. One of the main focus of this position will be focus on administration of SCCM or Intune.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration of SCCM along with managing Microsoft Intune Testing, planning, and successfully implementing firm-wide packages
- Active participation in administration of Windows Servers including managing of GPO’s
- Active participation in administration to Azure tenant, M365 tenant
- Active participation in the Infrastructure Run (incident/request processing, , deliveries, etc.)
- Active participation in technical projects as a contributor, manager and/or implementer
- Create / maintain technical documentation
- Create / maintain process when needed
- Collaborate with security team to implement endpoint protection policies, compliance settings and vulnerability remediation
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Microsoft Intune and SCCM, optimization and performance tuning
REQUIREMENTS

- You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education
- You have experience in SCCM / Intune managing, proficiency in designing, implementing
- You have experience in administration windows Server / Active Directory / Azure tenant
- You have knowledge of ITIL
- You are passionate and able to solve business-critical problems
- You are a fast learner, self-starter, and a creative problem solver
- You are passionate about software and its potential to move organizations forward through innovation
- You are team player with proactive and autonomous works ethics
- Knowledge of Vmware and storage infrastructure are considered as an asset
- You speak English and French fluently
