Your next challenge:
1. Risk Monitoring and Reporting
Assisting in the preparation of periodic risk monitoring reports under the guidance of senior team members.
Supporting the identification and monitoring of various risk types, learning how to measure these risks effectively.
Observing and contributing to the monitoring of different risks inherent in the Bank's business, assisting in the development of risk management reports and risk indicators for Risk Dashboards.
2. Regulatory Compliance
Aiding in the implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements (e.g., European Central Bank (ECB), the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier in Luxembourg (CSSF), and the Single Resolution Board (SRB)).
Assisting in the preparation of documentation to help meet regulatory deadlines, gaining exposure to compliance processes.
3. ERM Projects and Initiatives
Supporting the development and enhancement of risk management frameworks and tools through research and data collection.
Collaborating with team members on cross-departmental risk initiatives, contributing ideas to improve risk governance.
Participating in the development of Enterprise risk assessments and helping to review existing risk management charters, policies, and procedures, while learning about risk governance.
4. Operational Support
Assisting in the preparation of presentations for management bodies and regulatory authorities, with guidance from team members.
Providing support to the team on various risk-related projects as needed, gaining hands-on experience in risk management activities.
Your skills:
- Master's degree in finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field. Being;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus;
- Self-starter attitude. Ability to take initiatives under the team's guidance and to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
- Basic knowledge of risk management principles and concepts.
- Basic understanding of banking regulations and financial markets.
