Our client, a rapidly expanding financial services provider situated in the heart of Luxembourg, is actively seeking an experienced and bilingual Senior Payroll Officer to join their team. This role is crucial in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including commercial clients, SOPARFI, institutions, and independents. The company is located close to the city center with satellite offices close to France and Belgium border.
Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management:
Oversee and manage payroll operations for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand specific payroll needs and provide tailored solutions.
Social Secretary Matters:
Handle social security aspects, including registrations, updates, and compliance for clients across various sectors.
Stay informed about changes in social security regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll documentation for clients, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies related to payroll and social security matters.
Senior Payroll - Your profile:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll within a fiduciary or similar setting, a bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field. Being proficient in APSAL and fluency in French and English, plus expertise in handling social secretary matters.
Senior Payroll - We offer:
