They offer a wide range of legal services including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and real estate, banking and finance, tax and real estate. You could be working in a stable team of 10 people, also in a French-speaking environment where fluency in English is essential. The working environment is modern, pleasant and stress-free.
Executive Assistant - Your Role :
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including:
- Office management and secretarial duties
- Assistance with AML/KYC tasks
- Organisation of offices and meeting rooms
- Monitoring supply orders
- Providing administrative support to the firm's lawyers
Executive Assistant - Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years' experience and a bachelor's degree in economics, finance or law. We are looking for someone :
- Easy-going, open-minded, proactive and sociable
- Keen to learn and develop
- Solid IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is a plus, fluent French and English are essential
- Respectful of corporate dress
- Able to work in a calm, stress-free environment
- Available for normal working hours from 8am to 6pm, working 100% from the office
Executive Assistant - What We Offer :
