We're a Luxembourg-based SaaS start-up scaling across the DACH region.
Our platform, Copilot, is the all-in-one lead manager built for truck, machinery, and vehicle dealers across Europe. We help dealerships centralize every lead from marketplaces, calls, WhatsApp, and websites, and convert more sales with less effort.
The role
As Business Developer DACH, you'll own the commercial development of the German-speaking market from our Luxembourg office.
Reporting directly to the founder, you'll play a central role in shaping our go-to-market on a brand-new territory.
The responsabilities
- Prospect and build a portfolio of dealerships in the DACH region (trucks, machinery, vans, construction equipment)
- Run product demos and present our SaaS solution to decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to signed contract
- Cold call, follow up, and convert. Own your pipeline end-to-end
- Work daily with CRM and sales tools to structure your pipeline, track activity, and report performance
- Contribute to the structuring of our commercial activity on this newly launched market
- Feed market insights back to the founder and product team
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You're not joining a sales team, you're building one.
What we are looking for
✅ 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (full-cycle: prospecting, demo, closing)
✅ German at C2 level (CEFR) required, as you will sell daily to German-speaking dealerships
✅ Professional English (our internal working language)
✅ Proven track record of closing deals and hitting quota
✅ Solid experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or equivalent) and modern sales stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting & outreach tools, etc.)
✅ Strong autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset
✅ Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills
✅ Comfortable owning a pipeline end-to-end (hunter mindset)
➕ Nice to have: experience in the heavy-vehicle, automotive, industrial, or construction sectors (not mandatory)
