They are currently seeking an experienced Transfer Agent who thrives in a human-sized environment and can demonstrate a strong level of autonomy, but who is also seeking to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal time.

This PFS has been established in Luxembourg for over 25 years and operates across multiple sectors, including domiciliation, accounting, transfer agency and asset management. The company offers significant flexibility to its employees, which has led to an almost inexistant staff turn-over generally speaking in the company, which is very rare in Luxembourg. Indeed, with additional holidays, a schedule allowing you to end your day before 5 PM regularly, weekly homeworking and even the chance to work part-time, you are sure to feel satisfied here.Renowned for its stability and low turnover rate, the company reflects its strong focus on employee well-being and a supportive work environment.

Although these are mainly financial companies overall, the transfer agency team specifically takes on alternative funds in Private Equity and Real Estate. Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – Financial – Transfer Agency – PFS – Investor Services

• As part of the team handling investment vehicles (AIF), you will be in charge of the daily management of your portfolio.
• You will serve as the main contact person for investors and respond to their inquiries. This involves processing transaction orders (e.g. transfers, redemptions, conversion) as well as dividend distributions.
• You issue and transmit records to investors, including capital notices, contract notes, convening notices (shareholder meetings), holding statements, etc.
• You secure the necessary documents from investors and initiate AML/KYT due diligence through the collection of investor application forms, AML documentation, etc.
• You initiate and oversee recurrent AML investors’ reviews.
• You liaise with auditors and follow up on their inquiries regarding investors’ documentation.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Transfer Agent in financial services (ideally in a PFS in Luxembourg), with a strong focus on AIF (Private Equity and/or Real Estate funds).
• You are fluent in both French and English, which is essential to carry out your responsibilities effectively. The team is more so French-speaking, meaning that you will easily be integrated if you have a good level of French.
• Your dynamic and motivated personality drives you to develop your skills, making it a true asset in your professional journey.
• You mainly prioritize your work/life balance in a new opportunity : You are not looking for a very hierarchized company for example, but more so one in which flexibility and limited overtime are always respected.

• Based on your acquired skills level of experience, you can count on a gross salary up to €65,000 gross per year: This competitive salary ensures financial stability and peace of mind. In addition, the company offers meal vouchers, complimentary health insurance and a pension plan.
• As mentioned previously, overtime is quite rare in the company meaning that you will find true balance between your family life and work. Even working on a part-time basis (80%) is completely possible here.
