Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Lawyer – Legal – Investment Fund
- You will oversee the setup, regularization, and structuring of AIF and UCITS funds.
- Draft, review, and amend contracts for partnerships and clients.
- Lead negotiations and ensure favorable outcomes for the firm and its clients.
- Provide support and guidance to associates and junior staff.
- Act as the main point of contact with third parties (CSSF, notaries, etc.).
Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Lawyer – Legal – Investment Fund
- You have at least 6 years of experience, preferably in a renowned law firm.
- Fluency in English and French will facilitate integration into the team and communication with clients. Knowledge of German is a valuable asset.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to mentor others will be key to succeeding in this role.
