A dynamic and well established Family Office and Asset Manager is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its beautiful offices in Luxembourg city. The company has their assets and properties as well as international clients that they work with to optimize their activities.

The structure is specialized in Real Estate, and has known an impressive growth on the financial Luxembourgish market. The office in Luxembourg is composed of a dozen accountants, and is one of the offices of the structure, which is currently composed in total of a hundred other employees.

Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Accountant – Corporate

• You are in charge of the management of a portfolio composed of Real Estate entities (holdcos, propcos), such as SPV and funds.
• You prepare annual accounts and you also review them with your colleagues and with respect to the Luxembourgish regulations. 
• You are in charge of the review of VAT and tax returns prepared by another service provider.
• You prepare several monthly, and annual reportings.
• You are in direct contact with external clients and with your managers, as well as the external service providers.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Asset Management – Finance – Service Provider

• You have between 3 and 8 years of experience within a fiduciary, an asset manager, or a PFS in Luxembourg.
• You have thorough experience with Real Estate and can work with this type of clients or entities.
• You are fluent in English. If you speak French, or German, this would represent a strong asset for this Family Office.
• You feel comfortable in a human-sized company, and appreciate participating in after work events or team buildings with your colleagues. You are keen to travel to be part of this type of event with your employer.
• You have an excellent organization and you respect deadlines.
• You have a strong team spirit and you are supportive at work with your colleagues.
  
  

Offer | Buchhaltung – Buchhalter – Asset Manager

• You will receive a salary up to €85,000 gross per year, as well as a bonus, meal vouchers, and the possibility to follow trainings.
• The company will include you as a member of its family, and you will join 10 dynamic and friendly colleagues in Luxembourg.
• The company works with international clients in addition to its investments, it will be possible for you to be in contact with prestigious investors and to work closely to your directors.
• The office of the entity is located in the heart of Luxembourg City, in beautiful offices with modern tools and access to all the shops and restaurants of the city.
• You will benefit from 30 days of holidays within the company, as your managers want you to have an optimal work-life balance.
