We are collaborating with a young and very dynamic fiduciary located in Luxembourg city, in order to find a Senior Accountant for their offices. This fiduciary is composed of a dozen people and has existed for a few years now, a period during which they have known a good growth. As you can imagine, they are currently still in full development in Luxembourg and this is why they are looking to strengthen the team.

The accountants of this fiduciary manage a financial client portfolio, for international companies such as SOPARFI, holdings, investment funds, securitization vehicles in PERE. The partners of this company have known each other for a long time and as a result, they have the same mindset for their fiduciary and are on the same wavelength.

They want the fiduciary to grow in a healthy way with colleagues that can count on each other and trust each other, and to treat the clients well to build client loyalty. We noticed this approach as we had the chance to meet them in their offices, and noticed how enjoyable and kind the interaction between the teams and upper management were.

Also, the location is ideal as you will be working in the heart of the city, and you are only a 2-minute walk away from some major tram and bus stops. That way, you can easily join the train station again for example to facilitate your commute.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Finance – Accounting – Fiduciary - PFS

• You are responsible for the daily accounting of Private Equity and Real Estate clients.
• You take on the establishment of the financial statements while respecting the legal deadlines.
• You will prepare the various periodic and annual tax returns.
• Depending on your level of experience and your professional ambitions, you may review the deliverables of junior accountants.
• Knowledge of BOB50 will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant – Finance – Accounting – Fiduciary - PFS

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a fiduciary or a PFS in Luxembourg. You are also experienced with financial companies.
• You are able to work in an English-speaking environment so you speak this language fluently, and you also have a very good level of Spanish as you will deal with Spanish-speaking clients.
• You have a strong experience in tax and accounting. As a result, you are able to manage a portfolio from A to Z without much help, and you can advise and help accountants in these fields.
• You ideally obtained a higher degree in accounting, finance, economics, or tax although this is not indispensable for the position.
