We are currently assisting this highly esteemed Holding company in its search for a Corporate & Compliance Officer, for a 6-month fix term contract. The company is located in an exceptionally modern and luminous office building in Luxembourg-City, which is also proof of its very professional image.

With investments primarily within real estate and private equity, both in Luxembourg and abroad (Asia, America and other European countries), they have developed great stability and prestige. For this reason, their team has been able to grow up to 50 employees over their several departments.

However, you will evolve in a team of 4 where everyone uses its strengths to help the team advance together so helping one another is highly important. Your team members have been working in the company for many years, so you will be able to provide support to a highly stable team.

Furthermore, the atmosphere in this Holding company is quite dynamic, as everyone gets along very well and the multicultural environment allows for conversations on all types of subjects, and for you to be surrounded by people from several different backgrounds.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate & Compliance Officer – HoldCo – PFS – Fiduciary – Legal - Law

• You draft legal documentation of all kinds, for example in the context of directorship changes, the creation of a new entity, liquidations and more.
• You prepare and organize board meetings, draft the minutes and also handle the coordination of the agendas.
• Liaising with third parties will also be part of your responsibilities, which is why you are able to communicate well and efficiently.
• You will be implicated in opening new bank accounts, processing the necessary documentation and handling the contacts with the bank.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate & Compliance Officer – HoldCo – PFS – Fiduciary – Legal - Law

• 2 years of experience or more as a Corporate & Compliance Officer, or Paralegal with an exposure to AML/KYC matters. You have acquired this experience in a similar type of environment such as a Holding company/Family Office, investment firm or even a financial service provider.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, as this language is also sufficient. You will work in an English speaking environment with colleagues from all over the world.
• You are an organized person as well as a multitasker, allowing you to respect internal processes and have a good idea of your priorities.
• You would describe yourself as dynamic and communicative, however you can also concentrate when it is necessary as well as let your colleagues concentrate when they need some silence.

• You can count on a complete salary package comprised of a salary up to € 67.000 annually, meal vouchers, health insurance, a pension plan and an interesting bonus.
