Graduated from university or business school, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a friendly corporate environment.
As an Accountant, you will be part of a young and dynamic team specialized in the following business area : Soparfi and Holding companies.
In service to our prestigious clientele, you will have the opportunity to perform a well-diversified range of tasks, among which:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and annual accounts under Lux GAAP
- Assist with the mapping of the annual accounts to the Luxembourg chart of accounts
- Prepare Luxembourg VAT returns (periodic and annual returns)
- Record journal entries
- Maintain fixed assets schedules and record depreciation
- Maintain loan interest schedules
- Reconcile intercompany books
- Collaborate with our client advisors and the managers in order to ensure high quality standard
- In a senior position, supervise and review of the work of the junior accountants
The successful candidate
- holds a BTS degree or equivalent in accounting;
- has an analytical mind with strong sense of providing high quality output;
- possesses excellent interpersonal skills;
- has a sound knowledge of Word, Excel and accounting softwares;
- is fluent in French and English regarded as essential, with good knowledge of German or Luxembourgish considered an additional asset;
