Industrial Services & Spare Parts covers 10% of this spend being present at 8 sites (plants) in 6 countries (Spain, Germany, France, Poland, Belgium and Italy).
About the role
- Actively participate in the strategic procurement activities for Maintenance & Repair Services subcategory within the spend of Europe
- Build transparency of subcategory spend and develop digital tools for improve efficiency.
- Work closely with internal customers and purchasing people in sites to endure effective strategic procurement and business continuity across
- Work closely with Lead Buyers and maintenance people in conducting research on IT tools and spent structure
Key Responsibilities
- Develop data analysis tools to improve and take advantage of innovation and productivity gains
- Understand local specificities and align with global rules to build value-added tools for all levels of the Company.
- Deliver savings and subcategory KPI targets and assist Head of Subcategory with necessary analyses:
> Spend data analysis and basic financial analyses
> Performance reporting
> Category strategy development (e.g., supply market research, price benchmarks)
> Supplier profile maintenance
- Participate in transversal working groups and projects
Your profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Supply Chain.
- As a genuine analyst, you have problem-solving and analytical skills and a good ease facing numbers.
- You have a good technical knowledge of contracts and targeted systems but also in project management and negotiation.
- You are at ease with data analysis tools and their development
- You combine a strong personality/leadership and communication skills with an appetite for finding information on innovative industry trends and for market analysis.
- Result and Customer oriented, you can work under deadline pressure and to manage the change
- You are fluent in English. Any additional European language is appreciated.
