IT Transformation – Service Management & PMO

Job Details & Key Objectives

ArcelorMittal – Flat Products is currently engaged in an IT transformation program across Europe in order to strengthen its processes and cost effectiveness.

An Indian partner have been selected to support IT and transition to this partner is on-going for a number of applications, services and activities.

1. As Service management responsible you are in charge of deploying the Incident and change management process across different application domain ensuring :

• harmonization of the process
• Communication to the different teams
• Change management to the IT and business users
• You are involved in the IT transformation program follow-up and responsible of the results.

To achieve this goal, you will drive activities such as:

• Analyze business demands (coming from application domains and related to ServiceManagement process needs), collect needs, identify & propose solutions, obtain acceptance from the demanding teams prior, plan and follow up any implementation needed in ServiceNow, develop user documentation, organize trainings and ensure adherence of the application domains to the solution deployed
• Advocate, deploy, organise adoption to existing IT service management best practices and tools in IT areas not yet covered
• Review existing processes and identify/execute simplification/harmonization opportunities across perimeters
• Participate in data analysis (extraction from ServiceNow data) allowing a better understanding of the usages, trends, gaps, areas of improvement across the organisation or in a specific area

2. As PMO you manage part of the relationship with our Indian Partner ensuring :

• Administrative onboarding/offboarding of the partner resources into ArcelorMittal resource management systems (user accounts, email, access etc.)
• Follow-up of internal IT processes from the identification of the resources to the invoicing of its costs.
• reporting on FTE,
• regular audits to ensure that offboarding of resource who left was complete and to ensure that invoicing cots match with timesheet tracking

Your knowledge of the service management processes along with project management skills allow you to follow the agreed deployment plan, report on it and drive the different actors involved.

You are able to follow up the implementation, perform IT tests, write process documentation and assist IT people during User Acceptance Test

Minimum Applicant Attribute

• Jira implementation/usage would be an asset
