Role & responsibilities
- In charge of development of the technical assets required by the CSSF business stakeholders: microservices oriented, integrated into a continuous deployment platform
- Participate in technical analyses of IT solutions in order to propose applications and tools required by business users
- Ensure security by design, respect of the corporate frameworks, IT support and evolutionary maintenance of technical assets
- Ensure an incremental, iterative, frequent and consistent delivery flow
- Implementation of unit tests and facilitate their automation, to ensure business user acceptance and avoid application regressions
- Write and maintain technical asset documentation
- Constant knowledge sharing within his/her team
- Participate in CSSF projects according to the Scrum framework
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelors Degree) in computer science, or other with computer science option
- At least 5 years of professional experience in object-oriented development and development tools
- Knowledge of concepts related to DevOps and continuous integration platforms
- Knowledge of an agile project methodology
- Scrum certification is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the financial sector and open-source solutions
- Technical skills: Java 11+ / Spring / Springboot / Spring Security / Hibernate / JPA / Javascript / ReactJS/ PostgreSQL / RabbitMQ / Ansible / Git / Jenkins / Maven / Gradle / Linux / HTLM5 / CSS3 / Bootstrap / NodeJS / Secure coding (OWASP) / SQL / Docker / Swarm / Kubernetes / Devops / Keycloak
- Design: MicroServices, MVC, REST/SOAP, Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development, UML, Spring, security/OWASP, experienced in technical documentation writing
- Databases: PostgreSQL, SQLServer, Elastic
- Spirit of analysis and synthesis
- Autonomy and proactivity

- Discretion, politeness
- French and English are required, Luxembourgish and German would be a plus
The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
