You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

 

  • You will professionally lead an interdisciplinary project team and assume complete project responsibility as the main contact person for our customer 
  • You will be the interface between customers and Webasto 
  • You will be responsible for the planning, execution, documentation and evaluation of your project, while adhering to milestones, deadlines, budget and quality standards 
  • You will also be in charge of achieving the financial project objectives as well as constantly monitoring and reporting the project progress 
  • As program manager you are responsible for the compliance with APQP process and standards as well as for the implementation of requested change requests 

 

Here's what you can bring to the team: 

 

  • Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or comparable qualification 
  • Relevant professional experience in project/program management in the automotive supply industry  
  • Organizational and analytical talent as well as a solution and customer-oriented way of working  
  • Enthusiasm and a high level of initiative  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Affinity for the automotive industry  
  • Desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment  
  • Proficient in the use of common office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)  
  • Good written and spoken German and English, French is an advantage
