Exciting tasks await you:

• Analysis of business processes within the framework of projects as well as identification and prioritisation of the technical requirements in close cooperation with the specialist area.

• Identification of solutions for the implementation of the required requirements and coordination with the responsible departments

• Coordinating the feasibility of the requirements with the IT units concerned in the ODDO BHF Group

• Drawing up detailed specifications for the requirements of the specialist departments so that the resulting concepts can be implemented in appropriate IT solutions

• Testing, acceptance and validation of the functionalities

• Preparation and preparation of the business case, preparation of the decision paper for top management

• Preparation and management of project committees and workshops on the subject of CRM

• Incident management: error analysis, coordination, solution plan

• Management of new requirements within the team's project portfolio

• Task planning and budget management

• Creation of project status reports

• Reporting of alerts, risks and proposed solutions

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration with a focus on IT or completed (commercial) training with experience in the IT sector

• Professional experience as a business analyst in IT, ideally in a banking environment

• Knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards as well as test management frameworks

• Competent appearance in combination with very good communication skills

• Very good English and French language skills, good German language skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Assertiveness, sense of responsibility/ownership

• Availability for business trips to Paris and Tunis
