You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

- Setting up each tool prior to a scheduled run, ensuring process parameters are met and part quality is acceptableÂ
- Proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions in close relation to production, maintenance, engineering, development, and quality departments
- Participating in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program
- Taking part in the development and implementation of new processes for future products
- Participating in training to increase skills
- Reports directly to Process Managers

Here's what you can bring to the team:
Â
- Completed at least 2 years of technical education
- Basic mechanical, electrical and robotic knowledge.
- Having LEAN manufacturing knowledge is appreciated and considered a plus
- 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, automotive industry is considered a plus
- Must have troubleshooting and problem-solving approach. Problems must be seen as improvement opportunities.
- Autonomy and proactive mindset are mandatory
- Able to set up and maintain quality production standards
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with process parameters
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English or French, and German is an advantage
