Description
- Manage the end-to-end workflow, including daily notifications, instructions, transactions, and settlement of voluntary and mandatory corporate events
- Process proxy voting and disclosure requests
- Reconcile discrepancies and follow up on pending cases
- Investigate and analyze exceptions, resolving issues promptly (business-related, documentation, or system-related)
- Actively contribute to the improvement of corporate action processes and related applications
- Adapt to market changes, including regulations, directives, taxation, and communication channels
- Handle project-related tasks, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and testing
Profile
- Extensive experience in Corporate Actions or Back Office operations, minimum 7 years
- Degree in Finance or Economics
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in team supervision is an advantage
- Strong adaptability and proficiency with various business applications
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of SWIFT
- Knowledge of Olympic is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads within tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
