Description
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:- You will closely monitor legislative developments in company law, including Luxembourg, European and international directives, as well as financial and capital markets regulations.
- You coordinate and supervise the development and updating of models, legal templates and databases.
- You will carry out in-depth legal research and contribute to the drafting and dissemination of legal documents, such as memorandums, publications, presentations and training sessions.
Profile
Ideal candidate:- Holds a degree in European Union law, an LL.M or equivalent qualification, which would be a considerable advantage.
- At least 7 years' experience in a business-oriented law firm in Luxembourg.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Sharp analytical mind and strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, innovative and a team player.
