As integral members of their HR Department, HR business professionals play a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional talent experience, fostering growth, and enabling the employees to flourish. They serve as the bridge between HR strategy and its practical execution, adding significant value to the service line. As an HR BP, you will serve as the primary contact for any matters related to their people.


Your role:


As the primary HR interface for a dedicated workforce, your role involves overseeing HR and Talent Management functions and devising strategic approaches. This includes close collaboration with Service Line & Industry Leaders and Industry Group Managers to:


  • Identify and manage HR strategies aligned with service line priorities, ensuring that individuals are positioned optimally to achieve business goals.
  • Facilitate seamless cooperation between the Business and HR department to develop operational solutions promoting employee retention and growth.
  • Oversee competency management and career development for the designated workforce, ensuring adherence to Performance Management and compensation processes.
  • Spearhead the people master plan, ensuring all employees receive annual performance objectives, constructive feedback, and recognition in line with compensation procedures and policies.
  • Take charge of Labor relations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, practices, and fostering a culture of compliance while also ensuring alignment with local laws and practices (e.g., compensation, benefits) and certifications such as ISO27001 and ISO22301.


Your profile:


  • +/-5 years of expertise in a comparable role.
  • Possess a Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers with a knack for influencing decisions.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen.
  • Display a proactive attitude, coupled with a passion for continual learning.
  • Demonstrate robust organizational skills and a methodical approach.
  • Fluency in English is essential, French is a great plus. Proficiency in additional languages is considered advantageous.
