A new mission accomplished for the Moovijob team. The launching of the recruitment fair Moovijob Day Luxembourg (which is the new identity of the Moovijob Tour), made a big impression on the participants, whether they were recruiters or candidates.
Yet, the challenges of this event were important: to forget the technical problems encountered during the previous edition in 2020, to allow simplified meetings between companies and job seekers, but above all, to maintain a behavior as close as possible to a face-to-face event.
With a brand new version of the virtual platform used, extended hours from 7am to 7pm, and a limit on the number of participants, all the elements were combined to facilitate exchanges, limit waiting times and easily connect at any time of the day.
In terms of numbers, more than 7,000 online interviews were conducted during this memorable day! Let's discover the reaction of our CEO when he learned about this. 😉
So, is the challenge a total success? Since our opinion is not the fairest, we asked the ones who are better placed to talk about it. Here are their answers:
