We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong background in technology implementations, particularly in the asset servicing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex financial technology solutions and will be comfortable engaging with English-speaking clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technology implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize operational workflows.
  • Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors to coordinate implementations and integrations.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Project Manager (PM) in technology-driven financial services projects.
  • Strong expertise in technology implementations, ideally within the asset servicing sector (experience with platforms like Investra, MFGI, etc., is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) systems is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) to interact with an international client base.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in agile environments and proficiency with project management tools.
