Professional experience
You will act as the link between business stakeholders, operational teams, and IT departments to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and support the implementation of business solutions. You will gain a deep understanding of operational activities, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Process Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience working with operational processes within Insurance, Finance, Accounting, HR, Customer Service, or Back-Office environments.
- Insurance sector experience is preferred, particularly in claims management, reimbursements, policy administration, or contract management.
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI is a plus, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions, legacy platforms, and business process modeling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a genuine interest in understanding business operations.
- Fluent in English and French, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and manage ambiguity.
