Scrum introduces short term, functional incremental progress on performance directed by the Scrum Master and Product Owner. Through regular Sprints, it is easier to manage backlogs, conduct sprint planning, and create constant, collaborative positive outcome.
As an Agile Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding teams through agile methodologies to enhance productivity and foster positive change. Your expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe will help streamline processes and improve team performance. You’ll bring your exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills to the forefront, facilitating collaboration and driving agile adoption within organisations. While a relevant bachelor’s degree or Agile certification is preferred, it is not essential. Your primary focus will be on leading and coaching teams, applying your facilitation skills to effectively implement agile practices and achieve successful outcomes.

- Experience: 3 years, Medior
- Languages: English required, French is a plus.
You have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Proven experience in software development or IT environments
- Certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) is required
- Additional Agile certifications such as CSM or CSP are a plus
- Strong understanding of SAFe 6.0 principles, roles, and artifacts
- Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or similar platforms
- Excellent facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to foster a supportive team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
