YOUR ROLE

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for data driven-systems.
• Implement performant and quality modules.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write unit tests to ensure the robustness of the application.
• Delivers advanced training about python programming.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong understanding of Python programming.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical and statistical Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle and NoSQL).
• Good command in Shell scripting.
• Good knowledge in Jira / Confluence.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R, Power BI, Tableau, ELK etc.) is an asset.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an asset.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MongoDB, NoSQL) is an asset.
• Fluency in English is required. French would be an asset.
• 5+ years university degree in software engineering or equivalent + at least 12 years of professional experience.
