We are currently looking for a :
Proofreader in Voice-Over & Subtitling (M/F/D)
Main purpose of the assignment :
Provide support in the technical aspects of subtitling, voice-over and video editing to support the delivery of projects scheduled for the first half of 2025.This includes several voice-over initiatives, including a key project focused on enhancing accessibility in all 24 EU languages, which is scheduled to peak in January 2025.
Task :
- Review and correction of subtitles, voice-over scripts and video editing ;
- Technical quality control of subtitles and transcriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards ;
- Support for the management and coordination of voice-over projects for 24 EU languages ;
- Working closely with production teams and linguists to ensure high-quality local adaptation ;
- Validating deliverables to meet deadlines and quality criteria for the peak in January 2025 ;
- Active participation in continuous improvement processes to optimise production workflows.
Profile :
- You have a degree in linguistic/translation field ;
- You have an first experience in the field of proofreading and/or subtitling preferably in the audiovisual sector ;
- You are fluent in english (C1) and in at least two other language of the European Union ;
- You are familiar with subtitling IT Tools such as plint core, Aegs, ... ;
Salary :
- 25,61 € gross/hour
