What will you do:
- Lead various local and cross-border financial advisory engagements, including (but not limited to) financial due diligence and deal advisory engagements.
- Manage buy-side and sell-side transactions across a wide range of industries
- Participate in the assessment of deals' feasibility and in the delivery of clear and actionable strategic and financial recommendations.
- Oversee the preparation of and review relevant engagement deliverables (e.g., due diligence reports, spreadsheet-based financial models, investment teasers/information memorandum), demonstrating quality control leadership (per Deloitte’s standards) and the appropriate technical acumen (discipline- and industry-specific).
- Be the reference point of contact for the team and the client in the preparation and execution of each project assigned to you.
- Create presentations and reports of findings for ongoing engagements and develop marketing materials for prospective clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and participating in key proposals and presentations for new businesses.
What about you:
- Master degree in corporate finance, financial engineering, business administration, economics.
- 5 or more years of corporate finance experience from the investment banking, management consulting, or private equity industries.
- Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing teams, clients, and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project.
- Working knowledge of company valuation methodologies and experience creating flexible forecasting and scenario models.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with executives across the company.
- Ability to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Business fluency in English; French or German fluency would be considered an asset.
