Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Management Assistant, you will contribute to the definition, implementation, management, and follow-up of the IT portfolio, programs, and projects, primarily in the field of publications at both central and decentralized levels.

Start date : Asap-31/03/2026 (Possibility of extension)

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Salary : 27.78€/h gross

Tasks :

  • Assist in defining and implementing portfolio management (IT Project Governance) policies and processes.

  • Build trusted and effective relationships with project and business managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected benefits.

  • Participate in discussions regarding IT project prioritization and funding, while advocating for the business's needs regarding programs and projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualifications required

  • A secondary education diploma

  • Minimum professional experience

  • Language skills:  C1/C2 ENGLISH/ FRENCH
