We are currently looking for :
Statistical assistant (M/F/D)
Task :
- Assisting the staff to organise price data collections on consumer goods and services, validate the national data and assist countries contributing to the European Comparison Programme in the Purchasing Power Parities domain.
- Contributing to statistical publications.
- Statistical data production
- Processing price data
- Data validation
- Maintaining regular contacts with Member States on the implementation of data collections and addressing data
- quality issues
- Preparing statistical publications.
Your profile :
- You have a degree in data management, in the statistical or mathematics field ;
- Experience working with databases and data management ;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams ;
- Detail-oriented and able to support system updates and improvements ;
- Fluency in English (at least B2) ;
- You are familiar with MS office especially excel and have knowledge of R, PYTHON, SQL or SAS ;
Salary :
- 27.78€ gross/hour
Length of contract:
- 01/02/2026-30/04/2026 (with the possibility of extension)
