For one of our clients, a prominent industrial actor located in the South of Luxembourg, we are seeking a dedicated :
Order manager (M/F/D)
Your Mission: Mastering the Order-to-Cash Cycle
Reporting to the Order Manager Lead, you will ensure a seamless process from initial entry to final delivery. Your responsibilities will focus on the following key pillars:

Operational Management: Precise entry of orders into SAP, monitoring production cycles, and validating commercial conditions (pricing, payment terms).

Logistics & Export Coordination:Â Planning shipments in collaboration with the Supply Chain team and preparing export documentation (certificates, pro forma invoices).

Financial Oversight:Â Managing credit limits, invoicing, issuing credit notes, and reporting client flows.

Customer Relations:Â Proactive communication regarding order status and problem-solving in collaboration with internal teams.

Safety & Improvement:Â Adhering to safety guidelines and actively participating in the optimization of internal processes.
Your Profile: Technical Expertise and Strong Communication

Education & Experience:Â You hold a commercial degree and have proven experience in customer relationship management.

Language Skills (Mandatory): To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in French, English, and German. Applications not meeting these language requirements will not be processed.

Tools: Expert proficiency in SAP and the Office 365 suite.
