Pour un de nos clients dans le secteur de l'industrie, sur Windhof, nous recherchons un Customer Service (M/F)

Mission Principale :
Gérer et assurer le support client complet (téléphone, e-mail).
RĂ©pondre aux questions sur les produits, commandes et livraisons.
Saisir et suivre les commandes.
Résoudre les litiges avec proactivité.
Assurer la satisfaction client.


Profil Recherché :
Expérience en support client, idéalement en environnement industriel.
Excellent relationnel, sens de l'organisation et orientation solution.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques.


Langues Impératives :
Français, Anglais, Allemand et Espagnol.


Rémunération:
Salaire : 18,7542 € bruts/heure.
Avantages : 13ème mois.
Avantages : 18 chèques repas/mois
