We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients based in Mondercange, a recognised player in the Chimical Industry. 
This a 1 year contrat


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Sales team, the Sales Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating commercial activities and providing administrative and operational support. The position ensures the smooth execution of sales processes, product launches, and customer promotions, while respecting internal procedures, deadlines, and profitability objectives.

Sales & Customer Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Key Account Managers

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers on operational matters

  • Manage pricing, tariffs, and commercial conditions in SAP

  • Monitor customer contracts and handle billing or pricing disputes in collaboration with Finance

Commercial Offers Management

  • Analyse customer briefs and coordinate internal teams to build accurate commercial offers

  • Prepare, formalise, and send quotations and proposals

  • Manage commercial and technical documentation (product data, customer information, samples)

New Product Launch Coordination

  • Coordinate new product launches from start to finish

  • Create and maintain product master data in SAP

  • Track customer approvals, project timelines, and deliveries

  • Anticipate and resolve risks that could impact launch deadlines

Promotion Management

  • Coordinate customer promotional activities

  • Assess feasibility in terms of production capacity, lead times, and stock availability

  • Monitor forecasts and inventory to avoid shortages or obsolescence

  • Ensure promotions are delivered on time and in line with customer commitments

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of sales data

  • Track performance indicators (on-time launches, promotions, pricing accuracy)

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Administration)

Key Skills: 

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel

Good knowledge of SAP or another ERP system

Fluent in German and English

Good understanding of commercial and supply chain processes
