Premium English-Speaking Receptionist (20–30 hours/week)
Your Role
As the first point of contact, you will act as a true ambassador of the organization, embodying its image and standards of excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations with elegance and professionalism
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence in English and French
- Coordinating appointments and managing calendars
- Organizing meetings and internal events logistics
- Managing mail and providing administrative support
- Ensuring the reception area remains impeccable at all times
Profile
- Proven experience in reception, 5★ hospitality, premium corporate environments, or international settings
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent presentation and strong service mindset
- Polished communication skills and natural diplomacy
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Additional languages are considered an asset.
